The successful candidate must be energetic, vibrant, intelligent, self-motivated and forward thinking
- Receives customers/visitors/staff/suppliers to the organisation in a professional and pleasant manner, determine their needs and directs them accordingly.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Receive incoming calls in a professional manner
- Able to answer general enquiries and may escort visitors to the appropriate personnel within the organisation.
- May also perform some routine typing and/or clerical functions.
- Maintain the visibility of the Born Brand in liaison with customers
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Direct all queries to intended recipients diligently.
- Promote sales and communicate with customers accordingly
- Tracing of parcels and filing courier invoices
- Ordering and receiving stock for the factory and office
PA for the Managing Director
- Ensure proper management of document and records
- Coordinate and arrange meetings for the Managing Director
- Manage Managing Director’s diary
